Part-Time Coffee Shop Team Member
Apply Here
Hey there! 👋
We're El Cerro, a brand new Caribbean-inspired coffee shop and plant-based bakery on Capitol Hill, rooted in Puerto Rican and Latin culture, from the coffee we source to the music we play to the way we treat people like family. We're looking for our very first crew member to help us kick things off right.
Honestly, this is a great fit if you want steady part-time hours without a full-time commitment. Maybe you're in school, maybe you've got another job, maybe you just want your week a little lighter. We guarantee at least 20 hours a week so it's reliable income without taking over your whole calendar.
We're small and we're scrappy, and everyone here wears a lot of hats, but it's the good kind of busy. The kind where you actually feel like part of something from day one. If you love or feel connected to Latin and Caribbean culture, light up a room, remember regulars' orders, and don't mind getting your hands a little messy keeping the place spotless, we want to meet you. Bilingual in Spanish? Even better, though not required.

- Paid PTO: We offer paid time off as part of our benefits package
- Additional benefits: We plan to expand benefits over time as the business grows
